Thank you for visiting OpulAscent Media Group (ABN 47 276 566 549) ("us", "we", or "our") at opulascent.com (the "Site"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to safeguard your information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

01Information We Collect

When you visit our Site, we may collect certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and other usage information. We may also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Additionally, if you choose to provide it, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details when you fill out forms on our Site, book a call through our booking calendar, respond to one of our advertisements, or communicate with us through email, SMS or other channels. When you book a call, we may also collect the answers you give to our booking questions, such as details about your business.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services to you.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to your enquiries and providing updates about our services.
  • To personalise your experience on our Site and tailor the content and offerings to your interests.
  • To analyse trends, track usage, and improve the functionality of our Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

03Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

04Advertising and Analytics

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta. We may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our Site. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit and the actions you take on our Site. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and manage cookies through your browser settings.

05SMS and Email Communications

If you book a call or submit your details, we will send you messages about that booking by SMS and email, such as confirmations and reminders. We only send marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows it.

Every marketing message we send identifies OpulAscent and includes a way to opt out. You can reply STOP to any SMS, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly, and we will stop sending you marketing messages.

06Service Providers and Overseas Disclosure

We use trusted third-party service providers to run our business, including our CRM, booking and messaging platform (HighLevel), advertising platforms (Meta), and video-call providers. These providers may store or process your information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information securely and only for the purpose of providing their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.
